Given the current situation I'm not very hopeful I will get any more work... not as terrible as that sounds as I am way past retirement age.
Soooo besides training and reading I've decided I HAVE to make high yielding use of my time. Heart and soul. I considered giving up my Tate and V&A subscriptions... but the arts need all the help they can get and I want to make sure I go at least once a month for the foreseable.
Andy Warhol retrospective at the Tate this morning. There's what's reputed to be a brilliant exhibition at the National, Artemisia Gentileschi (she's really interesting and a wonderful painter) .... but I 'm not a member there and it's pretty expensive. However, I can cut other corners - that's another plan - and I will go before Christmas -if the jar works!

Swum this morning - or at least I was in the pool Slow lane as fast lane booked so did drills - got told off by a granny for not doing circles of the pool! will make sure I book early enough now to avoid this and use this lane as emergency use only! As a result next wednesday booked at 6:30 - only 2 places left by then
Tonight I am off to Mallory Park to cycle round in circles! Considering an annual pass as this is also where I do open water swimming during the OW season.
£6 a session or £99 unlimited makes financial sense!

Good stuff, Pix
I had an unexpected running opportunity yesterday (weather too manky even for mountain bikes, and eL Bee! having a sofa day) and included 3 miles of 200m efforts and recoveries. I plan to do the Doctor K memorial run on Saturday as a tempo run, giving me my two sessions incorporating faster running for the week.

I went to barbell class at the gym yesterday. It’s more about technique, vs normal class, which assumes the technique is already there (mine is not really, which makes it difficult to make progress). Think I will carry on going (it’s also earlier so I get home earlier - bonus).
