Linds - delts are on top, perhaps you mean your pecs? They're the actual chest muscles but nothing to do with bosoms. I want pecs!

Incidentally the two things I want to master (or at least improve radically) before Christmas are the landmine press series that rest of the group do - and the hanging leg raise.
I went for a quick walk round the park while it was sunny and checked out the wooden work stations that are dotted around. There's one that is suitable for hanging off - and there's a bit you can climb up to get at the overhead bit if you're a short arse/old person like me.

Working on dipping in the sea as it gets colder (any excuse for new kit), and this led to talking about old goals, like SUPing, and identifying my sticking points. Then I have to decide if I want to work hard enough to overcome them, or carry on avoidance hobbies.

That sounds interesting Lizzie. That last sentence. Are you sure the avoidance hobbies are avoidance hobbies? Or are they other things you like doing? Sometimes sticking points mean something doesn't really suit.
