I have met my Waterloo ... but not what you think.

Just back from an almost three hour session with the Jumps Group. I did EVERYTHNG.
Caps neccessary as I'm quite proud of myself.

Well done!! I wondered whether bataan was a mistype and you were in fact doing a batman.

Sea swim has changed location and time which means I definitely can't join them.

Question for Rae (and Sharkie?)


kneeling on floor - facing door close to it
hold each loop and pull to shoulder level

Will this do the same as a lat pull?

Try it! I reckon you'll be able to tell if your lats are working!

I'm pretty sure I've done a lying down version with the band round a heavy table leg.

Not a typo above. Half term is too early in the month and end of month Halloween is over promoted anyway. Half time can mean whatever you want it too and BE whenever you want it to be.
