No, I didn't. I had to go and buy mine from the store down the road. Raffo thought I was finally getting round to doing work on the flat when I mentioned I'd been to Leyland's building supplies.....

Due to location of door and that I have to be on the landing a full length broom handle may be too long

It depends what the actual session involves. I find a few mobility drills and 'lesser' versions of what follows work quite well. Shall I buddy you up then you can see the sort of stuff I do?

For me something along the lines of: cat-cow, leg swings, a couple of clock lunges, 10 x squats (no weights), perhaps arm circles. Just has to be general and get everything mobilised. I always do elevated single leg glute/hammie bridges for genral hammie strength.
I think it's quite a personal thing. You sound to have done enough gym work in the past to know what will work for YOU.
