Velociraptor
Programming-free, trackless speedwork, Sharkie Accelerate for 200 double paces (around 400m at my current stride length) at the beginning of every half mile, then slow down and jog till it's time to do the next acceleration. My legs felt a bit whacked by halfway through the last one. I gave myself relatively long recoveries between efforts because, like, four days post-marathon.
I get a pass on having to pick the session apart because the speed of each effort is affected by several variables, but what I'm aiming for eventually with these sessions is to get pretty bimodal heart rate and cadence distribution curves. And to get faster in races and win the odd banknote

And you ARE swimming at least once a week (so far)
Do we reckon Pix is a short busy woman who therefore needs a hydration vest that is quick and easy to get on and off...
or a short BUSTY woman, which may emphasise other requirements?

EP, I was wondering why busy women might have different requirements when it came to hydration vests
