Chose a longer session for today. Shakti Power Flow.
Really enjoyed this. 56 minutes flew by.
It is day 8 on the March calendar.

I do like a longer session when I have (or "make the") time. Just feels like mind and body really drop in to the session.
Not sure that makes sense but I know what I mean :-)

Yes, there is definitely something to be said for the longer sessions once or twice a week.
I like the 20-30 min ones for before work
