lin50 Feb 2023 3:17pm, 26 Feb 2023 4,134 posts	0 lin50 I love how there is always a yoga practice to suit how you feel each day. Yesterday I did Feel Good Flow for Hips which was exactly what I needed and today I wanted something gentle so I did Move Day 8 ‘Rest’ which was perfect.
