PenW Feb 2023 6:15am, 13 Feb 2023 2,969 posts	0 PenW I did the stretch one from last month yesterday and that was nice. I may repeat that regularly. I can’t manage yoga everyday. Both from a time point of view and a body point of view. I found that I was hurting everywhere, it was feeling harder and harder and my wrists were becoming so painful. It seems my body needs more rest and doing it less often feels better. Though the breathing or meditative ones are better for me and more doable. I may try them more often.
