Yorkshire Pie Feb 2023 2:00pm, 7 Feb 2023 15,043 posts	0 Yorkshire Pie I'm mixing it up this month - I've still done something every day but some days it's only 5 - 10 minutes as a stretch after my "main" workout, and on other days I'm mixing up the February calendar, last year's 30 days and in person classes. I said I wasn't going to deliberately target keeping it up every day this month, but I do quite like having a bit of a routine and being a bit more flexible with which session I choose depending on time/energy is making it a bit more sustainable.

I quite enjoy the meditation/reflection that she does, but sometimes it does go on a bit longer than I would like and I’m itching to get moving.
