Only just remembered about Adriene as I haven’t fixed it in my head yet and now a hot bath sounds more tempting for my sore back. Not sure I’ll manage 2 tomorrow - running a day behind seems more likely

I seem to remember previously years being a bit later which was annoying. Day 1 done. I had a busy day doing a van insulating project and was really exhausted. I nearly postponed but it was exactly what I needed. I feel so much better for it. I agree though that for beginners that is not an easy start to the journey.
