Nice report back Bintmcskint. I’ve experienced in-person classes with a few different teachers over the years and always been pleasantly surprised (or lucky?) at how down to earth the teachers are, as well as the majority of the participants :-) Some people have got so relaxed they have snored at the end but no one was offended / embarrassed :-D Though I’m usually worried about wind 🤣

Was just watching a thriller on Netflix and a kidnapped woman used her yoga skills to get her hands which were tied behind her back, round to the front so she could bop her captor on the head.

Practical uses for yoga skills :-)

I can't work that one out, Bint! was she double jointed (risking dislocating her shoulders) or did she wriggle her bum and legs through the tied together arms?

I merely used my week of yoga and dance to sit up in the pub without thinking about it. Am pleased at evidence nice straight back! On a diagonal but up out of hips which is what you want. Wey hey for dance-and-yoga!

Bum and legs through the tied together arms.

Excellent skills in the pub there, Sharks :-)

Super impressed by the straight back.

My arms are way too short for that manoeuvre

Very good look, Sharkie

I usually feel my arms are too short for my legs (or legs too long for my arms) to manage yoga gracefully, let alone tight hips and restricted shoulder mobility. I have to be on fingertips to get my leg even halfway to the front of the mat from downward dog. I’m going to try that escape move though 🤣

I don't have short legs but it probably helps that I am a GORILLA in the arms department.
