And what better day to be aware of and grateful for yoga. I've just taken a break from work to do No Fear Yoga and am very grateful for the difference daily practice has made to me (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually) since I started with Adriene's first 30 day challenge back at the start of the pandemic.
