My washing up brush works well with cleaning a garlic press. I used to get garlic salt but it always went solid before I could use much of it.

squash and chop cloves with a big knife and a little salt here, also get through at least 1big bulb every week - or several little ones if they've come from my garden
second mini run done, sauce for tonights stuffed peppers is in the ninja. considering a nap.

I use loads of garlic. I chop it roughly or use whole cloves and add it early but after the heat is turned down so that it goes mushy and doesn't scorch.
