went back to bed and got maybe 90 mins kip.
went for a little jog, dropped mum's Britta filters at the Sainsbo's point and raided the yellow stickers for elevensies and lunch. I think eating is required when sleep deprived ;)

it's lovely out , might nip out again

In kit to do weight training but this won't happen yet. Mr Ness has had an email to say that our January holiday hotel has been changed to a hotel we don't want.
