Did you do second day in a row I wonder?? what: about 2.5 miles later why: getting ready for Marcothon and having to squeeze not less than 25 mins running every day in december.. last hard: yesterdays run in the wind - horrible last rest: 28/12/22 - coming up to 2 years!! Doing LFOTM on Friday, will be going for it 28 ish hopefully then I will start a new plan with Jeff for Brighton Marathon...
