Yes you can get one version OTC, though of course if you have a menopause certificate it’s included. I believe you can take it as well as your usual HRT.

You can defo take it as well as your usual HRT. I'm on Kliovance by tablet and Estriol cream.

Velociraptor
Vaginal oestrogen pessaries are available to buy at pharmacies as "Gina", and are the same as the prescription brand, Vagifem. They're more expensive than a prescription - £29.99 for 24 at Boots, a little cheaper at some online pharmacies.

I’ve just looked it up on Boots website and it states that it is for post menopause and I’m still peri.

You use one tablet daily for two weeks then one tablet twice a week. And you're right, @Elsie Too, the product licence for Gina (and Vagifem) specifies post-menopause so it would be better to approach your GP than the pharmacy.
