That’s not the bit that’s tender. I feel a bit queasy but it’s mostly alright

Fragile Do Not Bend
Front of abdomen? That’s where I felt tender when I first started on HRT but it didn’t last long.

it's odd Ness ... sitting down is worse (so bending too) and once I've "warmed up" for a few mins I can walk/run OK sneezing hurts
I'm sleeping deeper but disturbed and wiggly with weird dreams. Not sure if this is the HRT or weather or body as I am running more!

Don't know, Pix. I am getting much better since I've been on HRT. The progesterone tablets say to take them at the end of the day and I vaguely remember my GP saying that they would help me sleep better. not sure why that's the case though.

Don't know, Pix but mine definitely has this on the label printed by the pharmacist.... "To be taken at BEDTIME on an EMPTY stomach." My GP mentioned it the first time it was prescribed. Might be worth checking what yours says. I don't know if other forms of the tablet are different.

IT GRANNY 🇮🇸
Gosh, bedtime on an empty stomach. That's tricky if you are an in-front-of-telly snacker like me (and most normal people!)
