Crossfit? Bodyweight Fit? Gym? Resistance? Sets - Press ups/ pull ups/ sit ups/ squats? TRX Suspension?

A case could be made for all of those to be included too.

Ok, what about Plyometrics, jumps - and more especially throws training? If Shot put isn't strength work I don't know what is!

Yesterday I increased my weights in my upper body session
Last night I was expecting DOMS today but they didn’t occur

Just done my rotary cuff rehab exercises and my shoulders definitely remember yesterday’s session.

Thanks to vrap I’m targeting 50 hrs

I log sessions with weights as weights sessions which are mainly body weight or bands eg rehab as just strength

This got me the 25 hr badge this year!

I don't think there's a training category set up for throwing training (yet) Sharkie. I don't disagree but I was only going down the list of X-Training categories and thinking what might be useful to include.

Vvraptor I know but people do a lot of different things in working towards the same general aim of getting stronger. Should we exclude stuff to keep it simple or complicate it to include the widest possible range? I dunno, but I've not got to do the coding.
