I got my 50hr badge in 2022 - in December… so I very much doubt the 100hr one is within reach yet.

50 hours of strength is my target for 2024 too, but am not going back to the gym yet as my stupid finger has now become 3 stupid digits and I can’t grip anything properly. Strength will be mainly body weight and am going to learn how to use the set of bands I have to build up from pretty much zilch again |

57.5 hours final total this year - I'll not be at the gym again until Tuesday which is NEXT YEAR. That reflects not much gym in September or November (holidays) and reduced in June/July when I had an injury. Maybe 100 hours is possible next year.

Just finished my last weights session of the year. I've done 50 weights sessions in 2023, I don't always record the time accurately but they usually run over 1 hour in duration. I've also done 74 bootcamps (at 45 mins each) which involve usually involve body weight exercises such as squats, lunges and banded rows/deadlifts, and 73 pull up exercises sessions. So I reckon I can't be far off 90-100 hours.... From a couple of pages back (thanks for the tag Linds), I've used the set for set pull up program (easily to find via google) that brought me on leaps and bounds, but I'm still not there yet. Maybe 2024... |

Have you tried seated pull ups GimmeMedals ? I'm just at the "turtle popping its head out of the shell" stage but have managed to increase the load by just weight bearing on one foot. It's a work in progress!

This is about the closest to what I do. I'm not quite able to reach the bar yet. |

That's a great exercise - thanks DQ. I could do that on the Smith Machine.
