Probably no need to adjust your technique. It’s not possible to hip hinge and not work your gluteals. Where about sin your Hamstrings is the DOMS?

I was thinking the same thing - perhaps Sally's hammies are just not as strong as her glutes therefore on a compound move she's feeling it most in the weaker muscles.

Personally I'd only worry about my technique if I felt it in my lower back.
I was asking my coach about RDLs today. I'd become convinced I was getting them all wrong. Wasn't sure which hand the dumbbell weight should be in, was worried my hips were twisting and my lifted leg wasn't parallel to the ground.

I have issues with my grip with RDLs - I can't hold on for very long. Yes, I'm using straps, it's still difficult. Coach recommended some "No Sweat" - liquid that goes sticky. It worked great for the RDLs, so today I thought I'd try some to improve my grip when I did some pull-up work (not full ones, still working on that). So I applied some, climbed on my cube, reached up, grabbed the bar, did some hanging with knee raises, then... oh. Hands stuck to the bar. I managed to peel them off, carefully, but I did have a little panic that I might need to call for help. That would have been embarrassing.
