I have weights set at home...luckily. The set was actually an early covid era investment for my ds but I am the only one who uses them now. I've got more than my money's worth.

I suspect these are considerably more expensive than a door bar but they are also more versatile & offer more exercise possibilities.

I can’t vouch for the pull up mate, but it’s generally well reviewed.

I have some kit from Gravity (not the pull up frame), it’s high quality stuff.

I have this bar for pull ups. Folds away flat* but is secure when put up. * It's also been folded away for some time now 🤣

Thanks SPR

And thank you AR, as well :-)

Interesting to read about pull-ups. I still can’t do an unassisted pull-up, but it’s likely to be something I work towards in 2023. Nic and I have hatched a bit of a plan - she’s going to set me one session a week that I will do at a different gym to the one I’m currently at. I want to see if I have changed and don’t need the accountability of having booked a SGPT session to get me to a gym.

... a weights wire for women.

And in case you're wondering about that title, well, I like alliteration and one can be too po-faced about the use of girl/lady/woman.

Here's a strength standards for women thing Duracel found for us
