Oh, all the professional strongman programmes/events filmed from throughout the year start being shown in the evenings on Channel 5 from Monday evening, culminating with World's Strongest Man at New Year :)

I totally agree, especially when women do that. My backpack isn't that heavy with 25+ lbs or about 12kg but it looks heavier because it's huge. Your overhead log press weight in the photo in your blog appears to be of a similar size but it's nearly 4 times the weight of the backpack. I'm seriously impressed that you managed to lift that several times!

I wonder if this exercise would help with stepping down? instagram.com He uses it as a way of building up to a pistol squat, but it looks similar to a step down.


I shared this with one of the PTs at my gym today so we built it into my session using a platform of 3 plates. It was a good quad workout. I’ll see if I can build on it…

My granddaughter bought me hand weights. They are really heavy (1.5k and 2.5k) compared to my tins of soup 😂. Will get to use them eventually I’m sure 💪😁.
