I broke the zipper on a hoodie doing clean and jerk so learnt my lesson that way.
I think I'm finally back fully engaged in the gym now. Shame it happened while I have a running injury, but at least I can lift without issue.

I tried to climb a rope at CrossFit last night. It turns out, that’s hard...(funnily enough, no one progressed to the ‘weighted rope climb’, but tbh holding up my own body weight was enough.)

I got to within 5kg of squatting 1.5 times my bodyweight 5 times yesterday (5 rep PB) which I'm quite happy about.
Using one rep max calculators, this apparently just gets me into intermediate on the standards in about thread with quite a lot of work (which I'm unlikely) to do to get to advanced (3 kg less than 2 x bodyweight)
Definitely easier to make progress while not running. Would be nice if I could get to a point where I could lift 1.5 bodyweight for 5 reps while in full winter running training.

Interestingly, my squat has almost caught my current deadlift strength which was 1.5 times bodyweight on Tuesday (I've done a little more previously).

Everyone abandoned the gym? Mine was very quiet today. Thinking it might be shut within a couple of weeks.
Squatted 1.5 bodyweight for the second time today after doing it two weeks ago Friday. Definitely not ready to do more for 5 reps and probably need to do a little below that for a few weeks.
Started thinking about 2 x bodyweight deadlift this week, it's not imminent though.

My gym is still open too and working hard to up their already high hygiene standards, so no qualms in supporting them.
I dragged myself in this morning feeling tired and very down but left with a bounce in my step and a grin on my face after having a great PT session. Got my name on the Wins Of The Week board for the first time achieving 3x6 pull ups with good form
