Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well done DQ. I did double Pump tonight just cause they have replaced the core class with another pump class.

I may not be able to move in the morning!

Great PT session this morning - just us 3 ladies and the fabulous Fabio :)

I'm learning a whole new vocabulary - potato sack squats, stir the pot, single arm dumbell snatch, goblet squat ...........
Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks ;)

What the hell is a potato sack squat?! Looked like there was lots going on when I dropped bag off this morning (didn't see you, but well done!).

I haven't mis-counted plates for a while, but thought my second set of farmers carries this morning was 120kg (60kg per hand), but when I was sat down dying after it, I realised it was actually 130kg! I then tried a 140kg carry, and only lost my grip on it completely at the end of the track/carry.

Think I must have been on our cardio finish when you came by i_w and probably doing powerball slams!
Potato sack squats are done with a kettlebell turned upside down, hands linked underneath but body kept upright. Sort of halfway between squat and deadlift?
