I am still ineptly Crossfitting. I find deadlifting really hard for some reason - it feels like a very non-intuitive movement. I think because I've got short legs and quite stretchy hamstrings so it's hard to get into the right position to start with. On the plus side, tonight was the first time I've managed push presses without feeling like I'm going to smack myself in the face on the way up...

Am concentrating more on explosive movement and plyometrics* ATM. So lots of circuits and HIIT sessions. I'll be interested to see where I am when I finally do a normal gym ie weights session.
* they are sort of the same thing but Plyos suggests more jumping.

Thank you 😊 I had five attempts and nailed two of them. It wasn't easy, I get a bit scared of getting under the bar at times. The 35kg felt comfortable so whacked it up to 40kg.....that felt heavy but I managed it so thought what the hell and chucked a couple of 1.25kg's on like you do 😂 I definitely need to work on full clean technique as the jerk part was definitely easier. I'm a happy bunny as my last recorded pb was 34kg
Sharkie you'll be awesome at plyometrics 😊
