Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

The biggest problem you’re going to have is that the tutu is net and most patterned fabric is cotton which won’t stick out like a tutu but hang loosely. You could put a net underskirt under a cotton print, but then it’s getting quite bulky, not to mention hot and sweaty. Let me think

I agree HB - a short bias cut skirt would work with a lightweight cotton and is probably a lot more comfortable that a tutu with netting.

Circular cotton over skirt over a cheap tutu is the way to go I think. I like those fabrics HB

Wondering if anyone can help please, what yarn is best for cotton wool pads? Is it as obvious as just cotton? I wondered if that would make them too absorbent? Can anyone
recommend a go to pattern also? My girls have suddenly taken an interest in all things cleansing and we seem to be getting through loads, it's not sitting well with me environmentally.

I crocheted some from dishcloth cotton and in deed found them too absorbent - Girl was getting through cleanser ridiculously quickly. I wondered whether something like fleece cut into circles and zigzagged/overlocker would work better?

I’ve made some reusable wipes from an old towelling face cloth and some left over brushed cotton
