Aha that's a good idea. I tried with hair bobbles but they were too tight to go over my ears! Buffs are fairly nice fabric to have in front of your mouth and nose, I often use mine for skiing or winter cycling

What is everyone thinking about laundering these fabric face masks? If it’s used for shopping etc ( not work obv) Do I need a fabric that will take 60 deg wash? Boil wash? Any thoughts?

I would wash it at at least 60 degrees, best made of 100% cotton fabric

If washing with soap for 20 seconds (regardless of temperature) is enough for our hands I don't see the need to wash them in anything hotter than 40 degrees.

i do towels and bedding at 60 everything else at 40 no idea why I've just always done it!
