I like that purps, are the little holey pattern bits dragonflies?

I have my wool to start the baby blanket, it is so fabulously soft and squishy, but not sure how it'll feel to work with. I opted for a crochet pattern in the end so am having to wait for delivery of fat hooks so I can get started!

Thanks v'rap :) it's just got the first colour change I'm getting more used to the yarn as I go.

Kwala the pattern calls it a butterfly prayer shawl, but I do see dragonfly too. ravelry.com

Ah yes, it's butterflies if you focus on the holes, dragonflies if you look at the lines, if that makes sense!!

Lovely yarn and shawl

Another FO here - a request from a work colleague. I prefer lace weight and fingering, this is bulky on 9mm needles - at least it was quick!

Nice. I think that's the cover-up that my daughter wanted me to size down and then knit for Unicorn Girl. I declined that particular task as unlikely ever to be finished, but your FO is causing me to reconsider.
