Looking at my diary, would 11 November work for all or any? Location-wise as a number of us are located not too far from Milton Keynes, I was going to suggest the Costas above Cotswolds near Rooksley in Milton Keynes. There’s plenty of parking and it’s a short walk from the train station plus there’s loads of seating.
