Unlike previous years, when we started and finished at the same point, we effectively have gun times instead of chip times (as there was no timing mat 100m back from the finish line). I was 17 seconds worse off as I started my watch as I crossed the start line instead of at the 'gun.'

Mustn't grumble as it was still a great day and I will definitely be back in 2017.

I think racing line is way to go ;-).

I've just realised all those times I saw RFJ I never once saw him passing me as I passed the mat lol

I've just given you a very honest review. I think it's probably the best review I've ever given any race, ever. Apart from KRR in 2015 maybe. You guys really are properly amazing.

Will do.
I have entered for next year. I have A Plan. I *will* break 4:45 for a marathon!

The only reason I'm not doing the Coyote is that I'm already doing RNR and the Ipswich half... although could be tempted to bin Ipswich if Flanker assigns me a leg that leaves me enough time to drive from Kings Lynn to Dartford by 8am on the Sunday :-o

113 mile drive... nope, looks like I'll be waiting until next year :)

Mrs H, I thought you hated it... ;)

I'm probably alone in this, but I've had to read the reviews to find out what the material thing was with the goodie bag, as buffs are not something I've ever come across before. So if nothing else I've learnt something new by doing the KRR (in addition to adding more hill training for the next marathon!)

The buff was quality, a great addition TZ, :)
