I'm tempted. Liked it last year. I heard a rumour that this might be the last year, anyone know if it's true?

Apparently the current race director and his team are taking a break after this year and as yet they've not found anyone to take it on.

Read on the site after yesterdays race, that someone has stepped forward to keep the race going.
As you may be aware, this is Phil Kinnill’s last stint as race director – many thanks for all his sterling efforts over the years to bring us Kent’s only road marathon. Debbie Hatt has already taken the baton, but if anyone would like to be involved behind the scenes for next year’s event, please do drop us a line at webmaster@thanetroadrunners.org.uk – we certainly need someone to handle the entries, as Sharon is also taking a breather next summer, but there are many ways to get involved.
it also says "Hope to see many of you again next year!"
So it looks like my statement of "never again" after yesterday might have to wait till after next year! (I always try to run a race at least twice)
