Yes I have tried that. I have just got too much time on my own to brood and life threw me a couple of curve balls yesterday which threw me a bit. Just done a Zoom dynamic class so got happy dolphins at the moment.

Quarter to five and I haven't slept one wink tonight. Was absolutely shattered but the second I laid my head down my eyes were wide open. Got up at about 3 and made myself a cocoa which was a mistake as I've been wide awake since then and don't see any sign of that changing.

I was having an uncharacteristic good night sleep, until the 4 year announced she was for the bathroom at 3.50.
Didn't even bother going back to bed. Getting a jump on today's work.

Very little sleep and woke up at 5.15 when son went to work. Then hubby in and out the bedroom looking for car keys why is it that hard to leave all the keys on the key rack???

I certainly didn't get to sleep before 3.30 am, had a restless leg and thumping headache. My daughter woke up at 5.30 am and that was that.
E-mailed my manager to say that I would take today as annual leave.

I'm in bed already. I won't sleep for hours yet but can't stop crying tonight so best out of the way and not upsetting OH.

Well, at least I have a reason for not sleeping tonight. I resemble a lop-sided hamster. I have a swollen left cheek (the one on my face 🤣) and its fairly painful. I've just taken ibuprofen and may resort to codeine phosphate if it continues. It's a bit of an embuggerance.
