How many insomniacs are here.

I've been an insomniac for the best part of 20 years, my sleep hasn't been too bad these last few weeks sheer exhaustion probably. But the last two nights have been awful.

Hence me being wide awake and posting on forums on fetch.

I walked 6 miles today having not done much excercise this month, thought I'm bound to sleep tonight but my legs are really restless and have a pain in my foot! Marvellous.

Are there many other fetchies that are insomniacs?

Lots of coffee and the fact my body is so used to it now.

I guess I do survive as I hold down a job and look after the kids and haven't not survived!

I know tommorrow well today will be difficult to be motivated to do anything as I'll be tired.

But it is what it is I guess.

I've used the time wisely. Got myself some new badges posted on forums and listed to 6 podcasts I haven't had time to listen to 🤣

That's it, your body adapts to it. I'm lucky that I manage to avoid feeling tired during the day although occasionally at the weekend i do struggle but I think that's more the fact I'm not out doing things.

Good use of your time, I'm not good at that, generally watch junk tv.

Well looking at the time it's time I was trying to get sleep as I'm up at 6am. Hope you manage to get some sleep too.

I haver certainly found it hard to get to sleep recently, sometimes gone 1.30 am. That is despite going out for walks. I then wake up around 5.00 am and have difficulty sleeping once more. Something which I usually have no issues doing.

Let's hope all our sleeping problems are resolved soon.

I eventually went to sleep around 4am the kids were up at 7.. I have been led in bed not feeling like getting up since. Its been a while since I had such a bad night.

I listened to hypnosis which used to work a treat but these days I'm still wide awake at the end haha

I'm hoping another kinesiology appointment in Jan will help sort things out

Hope everyone else's sleep starts to improve its horrid when you have to survive on little.

I was still awake at 3:50, and was up at 6am to walk the dog and go to work.
