Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well that didn't work. I was probably about 2.00 am when I got to sleep last night.

In case there are a few fireworks tonight, I might have a beer and go to bed by 11.00 pm. Can't be much earlier as some friends want us to join them for a Zoom party.

Enjoy your zoom party. Hope the beer helps.

I find alcohol equals a worse sleep. Maybe the sugar content Im not sure.

I'm really going to have a look at the food I eat maybe too much sugar isn't helping things at the minute.

Funnily I sleep better when I have a drink, I think it's because my brain doesn't spend so much time thinking.

It was well after 1.00 am last night but I was woken up by my wife's snoring an hour or so later! I did not get up until 10.00 am this morning - something I have not done since my teens. Not that I am that lazy but the effects of taking so long to drop-off all week.

I had a horrid night last night I made a conscious decision not to pick up my phone

Why does my Brain think of such random stuff when I'm meant to sleep. Some such things last night were ooh the curtains aren't drawn properly I wonder if there's snow (I don't care if there was)

Ooh what's that light on the landing (oh yes I'd plugged the toothbrush in to charge )

I wonder how the cats decide there going to chase each other weather that's a concioua decision or just happens.

Why is the cat trying to climb into the bin bag.

My brain goes on and on with stupid irrelevant thoughts and then of course it's hubby's snoring I can't sleep with noise.

I try my best to get to sleep before him but he has this really nasty nasty habbit of being addicted to needing the TV on in whatever room he's in so he comes upstairs and puta TV on its always crap and I don't want to watch it! I've told him about this countless times but he chooses to ignore that and puts crap on anyway.

I won't sleep tonight first day back to work from Christmas holidays never do. I'm already tired from lack of sleep last night and I'll be starting the school term exhausted 😞
