My son was a bit worried about a very small bump on his neck so I ended up sleeping in his bed. As a result, I fell asleep around 12.15 am which is the best for a while. On the flip side, my daughter got up at 5.00 am and it took me half-an-hour to get her back to sleep.

I want to go for a short run tomorrow morning so a much earlier night is hoped for.

I am also running tommorrow morning couch to 5km run number 6 end of week 2.

I walked nearly 4 miles today and such a busy day at work I am feeling super tired. I'm hoping for a early night and listen to my hypnosis.

My daughter is complaining about feeling unwell so it may not be the night I am hoping for.

Hope you do sleep!

That’s 2 nights in a row where I have managed to sleep - I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’m not questioning it!

Defiantly don't question it it sounds ideal.

Amazingly I also slept well I woke early but somehow nodded back of quickly I'd fallen into a really deep sleep so when my alarm went of which I'd set incase I slept in and missed my run with a friend this morning it startled me and I felt all out of sorts.

I still feel tired today tho.

A bit better last night. I went to bed earlier as I had a headache and was asleep around 11.30 pm. Woke up at 6.00 am and couldn't drop off again.

Decided against a run as I was still feeling tired but may try again tomorrow.

7 and a half hours is a brilliant sleep!!

I kept waking up in the night with a pain in the middle of my back but on the right side I couldn't tell if it was inside causing pain or outside. A long walk today has eased it and I feel tired so I'm hoping I sleep. I'm doing the usual Sunday night anxiety about school so it's never that great!

I have kinnesiology tommorrow I will sleep tommorrow night after that for sure!

Lots of sleep vibes to all who need them tonight XX

Hoping I sleep tonight after a rubbish night last night (sore arm from covid vaccine, so all in a good cause) but like you NN, Sunday nights are rarely good!

I was part of a vivid vaccine study in June I don't know if I had the Oxford vaccine or a placebo. I didnt have a sore arm so I'm begining to wonder if that's a sign that I didn't have it. 🤣 My flu jab hurt for days!

Hope your arm is ok soon.

I don't even feel tired yet 😞
