I have earphone that I listen to my hypnosis through that are quite good but I was getting agitated wearing them and listening last night.

I've gone back to wearing a eye mask even tho it's fairly dark if means I don't lay with my eyes open.

I feel.dreadful this morning my eyes hurt. I feel all dizZy and sick 🤢 I hate this lack of sleep hangover feeling

N_n - I saw your blog and GM's comment yesterday and it surprised me. I think that low carb/keto is fairly well known for causing sleep issues - I've certainly seen it as a regular "
A sugar rush at bedtime isn't recommended either - but low GI carbs with your supper is supposed to help sleep, not hinder it.
Having said that, doesn't seem to make any difference either way for me

Rosehip I've done more research about the decrease in carbs today it's very mixed out there. Phycology today has some reference to it being good but then it's balances with it being bad.

In myself today I haven't felt hungry I've eaten managed my run and my tummy is not anywhere near as bloated as it has been and that's after a really short time

I have no idea what to do next really I can't ausatain good eating and other benefits if it effects my sleep this badly.

It's probably one of those very individual things - some people do better one way or the other

- or in my case no difference either way!

I don't think what I eat makes any difference to my sleep either!

I'm heading off to bed now just to relax and lie down as I won't sleep for ages yet. Really down tonight, brooding over things and letting them get to me. I know I shouldn't but it's hard not to.

It was gone 2.00 am last night and I was never going to be able to do a planned early morning run as a result (went out at 3.00 pm instead). I then got woken up by my wife twice around 6.00 am - once to look for her glasses and again for help with her Covid test kit.

Will have a quick shower and hopefully be asleep by 11.00 pm.

Goodnight all.

It's about midnight again and I don't feel sleepy, so no point in going to bed to just be restless and disturb husband.

Doric have you tried writing down your day so that you offload everything before bed, it was something the kinnesiologist asked me to do which has been helpful.
