Good news Nellers!

I like the target stroke rate feature, if you go one above your target it flags up pink and turns a deeper shade of red the further you go above your target, likewise it flags up grey if you go below and turns a deeper shade the lower you go

I assume the target HR works the same way, but it's been too hot to worry about keeping to HR.

I like that feature too Craggy. It would be nice if they could make it go pale blue and then a darker blue if you were below range.
They need a fetch everyone feature request system!

Well whatever was going on with the ErgData update it seems to have sorted itself out. I did 9 minute warm up, 1 min rest, 2 x 12 minutes @ r20, 9 minute warm down, all set up as a single variable intervals session on the app.

It worked perfectly and it’s downloaded to the logbook and The Other Place perfectly. I haven’t done the manual transfer to Fetch yet but I don’t see why that would be a problem.

Good to see you're still at it and successfully battling the Ergdata gremlins. I've been away for a week (in Aberystwyth for Muttley Jnr's graduation) so I'm a bit rusty and the weather is a bit warm. Today is recovery and admin day, tomorrow is back in the saddle to reclaim my place at the top of this month's rowing league :-)

Just looked at the league table. I've been away for a week and I'm still in second place -- you bunch of slackers!!

I'm doing my best, Muttley. Small steps.

Not sure if this is going to be of interest but here you go: A recent CrossFit competition had as event 2: 8 minute time limit, row 2000m THEN your score is the max distance you can handstand walk.

The winner's effort:

A feature request would be a great idea Dave 😁

Good to see you back Muttley, hope you enjoyed the graduation, my son and daughter both had graduations during Covid, after several postponements they both ended up being virtual, which isn't quite the same!

Pleased you've finally sorted Ergdata Nellers!
Great video, he's got a powerful stroke but clearly wasn't full out on the row if he can walk that far on his hands afterwards.

Don't think I'll be trying that one!

The Lightweight Groups July Challenge is a 60 minute TT, so that was my row this morning.

Went through halfway at 2:00.5 average, kept the next 20 mins at just under 2:00 then gradually brought the pace down in the last 10 mins to finish with an average 1:59.8 and 15023 metres.
Not a pb but happy with that as it was a hot one!

Our twins have both got their graduations next week. 4pm in Birrghton on Tuesday, 10am in Salford Wednesday!

Does anyone know where I can get a tardis cheap?😉

That 60 minute tt is brutal in this heat. Well done just for getting it done.

Blimey Nellers that's heck of a journey, is there a night Train - one with air con preferably! Hope you manage to make both graduations mate!

Cheers, I often find these long distance TTs are a bit of a mental battle in the the first ten mins but then you into a bit of a rythm.
Had my first Ergdata failure today, it just stopped about halfway through, thankfully the PM5 wasn't affected and it was just an easy 6k so no big deal.

Indoor Rowing comp at Loughborough, £40 is a bit steep though!
