After struggling a little with motivation (prob due to trying to bounce back too quickly after the injury) I decided to go back to basics and the Beginners Pete Plan. So today was week 1 session 1 and 5,000 metres steady.
Had a motivationless weekend but kicked off the week with steady state 10k this morning.
