Morning all. 9,000m done at UT1 heart rate (at a pace slower than UT2 was before the layoff, harrumph), plus a bunch of pressups immediately afterwards towards today's allocation for the 5,001 in 2020 thread, so feeling virtuous.

Well done on the row and the press-ups. You had a fairly lengthy lay-off so you won't be where you were before but it'll come back quicker this time.

I've done 8 x 500m at best 2km pace at present (or actually a little ahead of that). Absolutely twatted by it! Jeez.#

I'll be trying to do my press-ups later on.

I think you're allowed to feel virtuous after that, Muttley.

Just tried the TCX file upload. It didn't bring across my notes from the C2 log, so I had to copy those over separately, and it's imported the distance as miles rather than km. Is that your experience too, Nellers, or have I missed a stage somewhere along the line?

I've never used the notes function on the C2 log so can't comment on that.

I didn't have a problem with the file coming over in miles but I'd already got my preferences on Fetch set to KMs before I started using TCX files so maybe that's got something to do with it? I'm kinda guessing though.

Maybe we could ask Fetch and see if he knows?

Do you know what model it is? PM3, 4 or 5?

If it's a 5 then you can go into "more options" on the menu and activate Bluetooth, which will then connect it to your phone via ErgData (other apps are available).

Earlier models it's a cable connection on the back but I'm not the man to ask about that stuff.

I enjoyed that Sky video thanks Nellers! And you need to pull your finger out if you're to reclaim top spot this month 😂

I did a kettlebell session on Wednesday, which made me really achey the following couple of days 🥺 so took some rest. Today I did 10 x 750m with 90 sec rests, aiming for small negative splits on each rep, averaged 1:51.9 for the session.
