log.concept2.com

You can log stuff manually on there and it all still counts but if you use an Erg with a PM5 monitor you can Bluetooth-link it to your phone using an app called "ErgData" which will log distance and speed and splits and stroke rate etc automatically (and which can be linked or uploaded to Fetch/St**a/GarminConnect etc too).

Didn't get to the gym this morning so there's zero chance of any metres today but I should be home tonight and back on the plan tomorrow morning.

You can connect a phone to a PM4 as well using a cable and use ErgData.
Android phone cable(USB) about £5
Apple phone cable about £50...!

Did the C2CTC for January last night:

Row 1k, 2 min rest

520m, 1 min rest

500m to finish.

Managed a total time of 6:59.2, which is quite good considering the amount of food that I have eaten over the last couple of weeks.

Sounds really tough, Sinj - bet that got the lactic burning! Good to dip under 7 mins for more than 2K’s worth of hard rowing, too.

That's a really good effort on the CTC Sinj, I'll do mine in a couple of weeks when I'm hopefully a little fitter.

Enjoy the rest Nellers!

30 mins @r18 tonight, a couple of seconds slower than in November but enjoyable all the same. Plus 1k before and 2k after to log over 10k in total 👍

Back on it this morning. 4 x 3km @ tempo pace (2:04 target). It was more of a mental test to just keep it going. It's a long time to push the pace but physically quite do-able.

Onward and upward.

At the other end of the scale I at least managed to switch off the radiators in the bedroom in time to ensure I was able to bear the whole 13 minutes I spent on the rower. I'm spending a bit more time out of the flat at the moment and struggling to schedule sessions in but a quick interval session was perfect tonight.

Another 18 sessions to tick off this month if I'm going to get the C2 January challenge badge...

Is it right that I need to link to the C2 logbook site every time I need to import a row here?
