Ah I see I've never used Rowpro. Yes the 2 mins rest is handy for checking your notes, I have to write everything down also 😂

Having just joined a gym with a (yes, one) Concept 2, I'm following this and would like my time for 2K to go on - 7:51

You’re in Mac. That’s pretty tidy for a first stab mate. Well done.

Welcome Maclennane. Nice benchmark time there! Look forward to seeing your progress.

Good to see you're getting back on track again Muttley.

Those sound like tough sessions, Nellers and Craggy. I couldn't begin to cope with the volume you both manage!

I'm back on the Beginner's Pete Plan with a steady 10,500m today. That's my longest row ever and it also took me over the 1 million metre mark since I started logging metres last year - a nice milestone to tick off at the beginning of a new year.

Have you logged all that in the concept 2 log CW? If you have there’s a free t-shirt in it for you.

Yes, it’s all in the C2 log, so I’ll follow up about the t-shirt. Thanks for the tip!

Welcome Maclennane, a sub 8 2k is an excellent start!!

Congratulations on reaching one million metres CW and what a way to do it with your longest ever row 💪

Just a steady 5k for me tonight 😊

I managed some body weight and resistance band stuff but no rowing. There’s a possibility I might get to a gym in the morning and do a 5k but I’m not sure yet.

Cheers all, I used to use the C2 quite a lot when I was playing rugby, so I'm not a complete beginner. What's this log which produces T shirts?
