Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I've been injured for 3 months and eaten all the xmas goodies (which are not yet gone!!!) so I'm not in a good place!

I would love to lose a stone but that's probably unrealistic and 10lbs or so more likely, although I haven't actually braved any scales because I'm too scared of what they will tell me. My clothes tell me that they won't be kind so I really need to be more mindful of what I'm eating.

I'm back riding a bit now though not too far and back in the gym. Can't run yet (been running injured since May ffs) but physio has suggested I start back with (don't laugh) C25k from this weekend. I tend to eat better when I'm exercising more so hopefully as I do more everything will improve as I don't feel happy or comfortable with myself currently.

I am not that person!!!!!

I absolutely love Christmas flavours and Christmas anything so it's never going to happen. I also can't throw away food full stop so it's a ration it situation!

Room for 1 more? Weigh-in this morning shows 12.5lbs higher than January last year 🙈. Hoping accountability will help.

Welcome annadav

Hope you can find a happy balance with your xmas goodies GF, I am similar to you I don't like to throw away food - esp not food I enjoy. We have a bit of cheese to get through but I will have little and often and within my allowed calories. I need to address the wine as well haha.

You can’t throw food away, like you just clear your plate …. think of the starving kids in Africa!

Can you take excess food to work? Or if unopened food bank drop off at supermarket?
