I blame pregnancy for all these back issues, never had any trouble before growing a child in there. That's what happens when you try and do it when you're old I reckon

After logging everything I will be eating today I still have 547 calories to play with. Probably a reason I don’t lose much - I don’t eat enough. First time ever actually logging my food.

It’s my biggest problem too LG, unless I have a wine or cheese and crackers both of which are not helpful to weight loss.

GG & LG - I don't think I could survive on your rations. 😉
I'm eating 2300 to 2500 calories a day and slowly losing weight on that.

I NEVER have calories left over
short and old doesn't help with daily allowance, 1400 plus 80/mile run is my sweet spot for lb/week but I usually go over that.

I aim for 1800 and currently sat at 1547 with a large veggie curry for tea and I had some cheese and crackers with a cup of tea. I know I lose weight better with more (of the right) calories.
