Cheers Totriornottotri. I'm fine with it really. I know these weeks happen every so often.

On the fitness front my garmin upped my (fantasy) vo2max for both bike and run and flatters me that I have the fitness of a 20 year old. Since I happen to have a reference 20 year old son, I need to go out for a run with him when he comes back from uni :)

Nice work, chaps!

Daren’t weigh myself this morning - after a good start later part of the week went pear-shaped. 😫

Thanks for the welcome Totri😊. And well done all you losers!

First week down for me, lost 4lb which is mostly water weight as I have gone lowish carb but not expecting much progress now as I am injured and can only hobble. Determined to record everything this week as I was indulging in off the record nibbling as last week went on. Reward in sight: champagne on 19th March if I can lose two more. Onwards and downwards.

4lb is a great start. Injured here too, can only manage shortish brisk walks but sadly no strength training.

I braved the scale / up 0.2kg which is not too bad considering. BF also slightly down 🤷🏻‍♂️

Morning all, busy weekend in here, well done to all the losers, nice landmark Totters.

Kids back to school today which will help with my mindset, and stress levels.

Was planning on doing 10 in 10, 10lbs in 10 weeks, but having weighed in last night it's 12 in 10 :-)

Better eating, no booze and a bit more exercise should get me underway nicely.

Let's do this.

Morning all. I've lost 2 and a half stone over the last year and a bit but have lost focus and stayed around the same weight since Christmas. Finally have a race in my calendar so it's about time I did something about the stubborn 12lbs I seem to be hanging on to. I've also got 12 weeks so it should be doable.
