Yeah Rosehip, can probably take the MFP sodium database info with a pinch of salt :)

Non-runner
De-lurking. Fed up of losing and gaining the same ten pounds every six months. Currently injured (knee) and only allowed a walk of two miles every other day as part of rehab so it’s all going to be done through eating (or not) I am afraid. Already given up the booze for a week and intend to see it through to the end of March. I love imperial stout but there must be a thousand calories in each can. I’ve told myself I can have a drink if I want but it must be vintage champagne so not likely.

Can anyone recommend some good smart scales? I use a Garmin in any link up but not too bothered about that, just ease of use and measuring bone mass, fat percentage etc.

I like my Withings scales, but there's probably not a lot in them all. I recall there were some really cheap ones on DCR not so long ago:

Morning all! Another half kilo lighter - 85.6kg. A year ago this was my normal heavy weight. A stone down, a stone to go.

Well done Totriornottotri. Am still up today but BF% down again. Had to cut short my long run yesterday due to boiler emergency at home. Rest day today after 6 days of training but determined to have a low-salt day to see if I can get back on track for tomorrow.
