Exactly- thanks. I do 1500 plus some exercise but try not to Max it out. I think my average has been an 800 calorie deficit normally.

I've got the body cardio scale. You step on it and it tells you the weather for the day, body fat%, pulse rate, and a bunch of other stats. On christmas day you get some animated bells or something

Ha ha! I made my own chart. Was good fun. It took me far longer than I liked to get the goal date.

Excellent graphing
1500 + exercise - oh, if onlly you should try being a shortish old lady 1200 + exercise for lb a week loss is my calculation
I tend to look at the planned week's mileage and average the cals out over the week - otherwise, rest days get hungry.
Like today - visiting mum-in-our-bubble so I knew it would be either fish and chips or an M&S dine-in meal for lunch, using most of those 1200 - so I more or less only eat 1 meal on a Thursday.

So post ride I am now have 600 cal to use. Think I just went crazy at lunch and spiked my sugars/insulin and felt bad. (Didn’t drive to Dundee in my socks though - Alan Partridge).
