I also use weighgrapher which you manually add as no smart scales.But I can get in the back door with fitbit old account for the other one and manually add.

I am the same as RH 1200 plus exercise calories.

Thanks - was fun making it. There’s almost a month difference between the 7 day rate and the average 7 day rate.

Getting into the groove with this calorie counting. Amazed at the difference exercise makes. Did forty minutes run early doors then forty-five minutes bike and it had certainly made it easier.

So far I've not exceeded the limit.

Yes it definitely helps - I’m still under the 1500 and with 800 exercise on top. For me, the elephant in the weight loss room is what you do outside of exercise. The no logged calories walking, cleaning, gardening etc. All helps. We are so static these days it’s harder especially when so much calorie dense food is available.
