It says 10l capacity which has always been plenty for me. I used to use it for commuting & could even fit my work brogues in without being jabbed by a heel corner.

The pole attachment is fiddly and getting bottles in and out with poles attached is nigh on impossible, also to stop it bobbing around the front straps need to be tight and then the buckles dig in Poles horizontal at the pack like ther Harrier seems much more sensible
