No, escape issues never entered my mind on last night's run. 'Freedom with control', is the way I think :-)

I ran Parkrun yesterday in the Asics and after losing a few pounds recently they are a now great fit. I'd forgotten my old Ron Hill shorts have lost some of their 'intergrity' but remembered a few days ago when getting out of the sea after swimming in them :-O

I've been up to the local pharmacists today. The womsn there always asks how I am and says she remembers me going in the summer I was on chemo 'in those tiny little red shorts' :-)

I'm in the market for some new running shorts. I like the old school split proper short jobs. The fashion appears to be 5 inch flappy numbers with not many decent choices outside of OMM, Ron Hill or NB. Anything I'm missing please? A zip key pocket would be good but otherwise nothing fancy
