Solid 10k this morning in fresher conditions. Made it up Beaconside this week, mostly as a resulting of squeezing in a midweek run but also the smell of sewage a long parts of it that I didn't want to endure a moment longer than I had to.

Disappointing, @Ally-C. I hope that doesn't become a habit. I had a pleasant parkrun outing. Slow and chatty for the first kilometre and a highly interactive race for the last kilometre. |
